For Whom? MTI organized training for the kitchen and reception staff at Harriniva Lomakeskus Oy. The main theme was interacting and interaction.
What? The training consisted of a short lecture on the theme of interaction followed by a range of participatory individual and group exercises.
The training included an opportunity to go over the previous seasons successes and challenges and analyse them, with this then used as a basis for new ground rule. The staff and their interactions were also examined objectively, with the overall assessment used as a basis for anticipating and addressing challenges on the individual and group levels.
